Section 352 BNS Punishment
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) As Per The Government of India
If found guilty of violating Section 352 BNS which is intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, the offender will be punished with imprisonment of up to two years or fine or both.
